Everytime I've gone there and it's many times the employees usually 1 or 2 have never been rude to me I've never seen them rude to anyone.

First thing I noticed was there is no disable parking spots. Lots of homeless in the area. So be sure to lock your car doors if you walk away. washers and Dryers are good.

The dryers are not effective. I dried a small load for 30 minutes on high and my clothes were still wet. In addition, a quarter will only buy you 9 minutes instead of 10 minutes. Not to mention since the dryer settings are so low, it takes more money to dry your clothes. You’re not even getting a full 9 minutes dry because 5 of those minutes are for cool down. One of the dryers I was using almost destroyed my jacket. It got caught inside the mesh and I had to use Pliers to free my jacket.

For some reason this laundry is always dirty even though employees are present. A lot of trash on the floor I mean I have seen cleaner unattended laundry mats. There is a better one on Gilbert and Lincoln
