Group of Moran's , I'm on the main road and after 7 years of being their customers, I should have call ever Tuesday that they missed my house trash pick up. They know how to reply on Google, not to pick up trash ! again missed my trash pick up today Monday 10/10. The good reviews are all fake , live 320 miles from our neighborhood , yet give good/fake reviews

I’m writing a bad review because our trash sits on the main road for 2-3 days. They don’t come until we call them several times. Overall they are very unprofessional and frustrating. This has started happening more often recently.

The new GFL company is consistently missing trash pick-up. The few times that I called the ladies on the phone were beyond rude and told me that i can do whatever i want including disconnected my services

Had Potomac for years and they were great. New company acquired and we pay more for fewer pick ups are stuck with this bulky oversized trash can and now the trash on our entire block has not been picked up in over 10 days with no response from company. Our neighborhood is currently shopping other services. It’s 100 degrees and this stinks…literally
