The ONLY reason I’m giving 5 stars is due to Jessie and Janice. Jessie is on top of every maintenance order I’ve put in and is there within hours. It was a Saturday night and raining and my AC stopped working so he wasn’t able to do anything but he was there Sunday morning(on his day off) by 10AM. Every time I’ve called the office and Janice has answered she’s been very nice. If it wasn’t for those 2 people and ONLY them I would’ve given living at hickory point 0 stars if it was possible

Do not recommend this company. I joined onto a lease in January and STILL have not received the updated lease. The property manager Shawna Jake very unprofessional and does not respond to emails. The only reason I am giving a star is because Jessie in maintenance and Janice in the office are always very kind and professional. However, that being said, if you are wanting to move into a place where you will have a lease…look elsewhere Please note their response below states they are reaching out to me. They have yet to do so. Very unprofessional

It's been a pleasure to live in Hickory Point Townhomes. The entire crew has been wonderful, from the Property Manager to maintenance. For a long time, Jesse has been the sole maintenance guy out here, and he's incredibly thorough, prompt, and eager to go the additional mile to ensure your requirements are fulfilled. Jesse completes work orders the same day it’s requested which is something I look for living in a complex. He’s quick to respond and come out for emergency calls. He is extremely kind, courteous, and professional. When I contact or visit the office, I am always greeted by name, and Janice is always willing to assist me with whatever I require. The property is always kept clean; I would highly recommend.

This horrible debacle began in July when I came from NEW YORK CITY to the leasing office for a tour that I scheduled. The canceled the tour due to renovation and never ensured that I was informed via email or text after they called but didn’t get me. I found out when I got to the leasing office. When the person at the front left me know they didn’t have yours without even looking up if I scheduled one. When she looked it up I was scheduled for one. I still did an application at the end of July as they were doing renovations and due to job relocation I needed an appt fast. Today 8/25/21 I get an email about what I’m missing for my application. A application that was put in from July. This is the first time I’m even hearing back about the apartment. Of course since I’m relocating I eventually found something else sooner. When I asked for a refund for my holding fee they stated because I’m canceling I can’t get a refund. Be weary! Especially when relocating from out of town. This by far has been the worst experience dealing with them.
