My wife and I really enjoy living here. The property manager Joi is friendly and helpful. The maintenance staff works very hard and is always timely. Any concerns we have are handled quickly. Well maintained and affordable, I would definitely recommend this apartment complex.

Uninhabitable living conditions DO NOT they will have you living in a appt with spreading mold and not properly repair it. I guess they can breathe a sigh of relief going home while I cannot get fresh air. Spend where they care about the air. Cheers let’s not meet again Ashton.

Ronnie the maintenance guy is the best. He is very knowledgeable of his work , he complete work orders efficiently. I also like the fact that Ronnie respects and adheres to the tenant request to wear foot coverings upon entering the unit, he also know how to respectfully communicate with the residents so I give Ronnie a 5 star rating based on this. Great job Ronnie.

I have lived here for many years and have seen numerous staff members come and go. Some were better than others. The current maintenance staff is excellent! Any issues I have had lately have been addressed promptly and repairs completed in a timely manner.
