I would not recommend this place I’ve been trying to get maintenance to my apartment for four months now because I have mold under my sink my kitchen is falling apart in my washing machine and dryer been broke for about two weeks now is really become ridiculous and every time I call The rent office they gave me the runaround and say they would get somebody out here and haven’t done it yet it’s been about four months now

I am so impressed with River Breeze! They have communicated with me every step of the way. Don’t mind my many phone calls and many more questions! They are working to make this little community much better, cleaner and getting more upscale. I am excited to be a resident and see and to be a part of the amazing things that are about to happen. This property has been through a lot in the past few years but it's turning around quick starting with the front office and most definitely maintenance. Ed hasn't been on this property long and has surpassed excellence. I'm looking forward to the new changes to come!!!!! #EXCITED #SAFTEY

This new maintenance man Ed is the real deal! I’ve have dealt with 4 different maintenance men throughout the past year and a half and no one was able to fix me AC after 4 different thermostats being replaced he came in here and with in 20mins I had cool air blowing! I hope RiverBreeze doesn’t run him away because we need him to stay! Great job very professional and gets the job done! I’m so grateful thanks ED!!!
