I had some issues with my a/c over the weekend and with Julia, Johnathan, and Jose help they got me back up in running in no time! I've been at this property for over 4 years now, and I must say this was one of the best experiences that I have had with the staff in a while. I would also like to shout out Bailey as well. She was phenomenal in helping me do an immediate move-in when I had issues with my other apartment in the community. Thank you all for all you do! I know it's not easy. Alexis

The maintenance team here is awesome. Every time we’ve ever put in a request, it’s resolved in less than 24 hours. Jonathan especially works hard and hustles!! A few weeks ago, we put in an emergency request around 9pm, and he showed up within ten minutes, quite literally out of breath from racing here as fast as he could. They really do care and do their best to take care of things quickly and efficiently.

This has to be one of the worst places I’ve ever heard to live. My girlfriend lives here and the way she is treated by management is beyond disbelief. Manager is rude and unwilling to help with anything even when the apartment is literally falling apart. I listened in on a call and couldn’t believe that was the actual manager on the phone. There are cracks all over the walls and ceiling that maintenance has been over for on multiple occasions. The dishwasher and sinks in both the kitchen and bathroom never drain. Maintenance came to fix those and it was fixed for about a day before not working anymore. This smart key system they have going on doesn’t even work properly but they will still charge you for it. Why does my girlfriend have to risk her safety because her door was messed up and management didn’t get help out for a few days. The only positive she has about this place is the maintenance team. It’s beyond sad maintenance knows her by name because of all of the issues they have had to come by to fix and she hadn’t even lived here a year. If I had to live here management would despise me with all the stuff I’d say. Do better for your people. Rent is only going up for the normal person and customer service like this is not acceptable. If you don’t like your job then leave it and find something else. You are messing with peoples lives.

Move in experience was great. Management was very helpful with paperwork and answered questions and calls promptly. I had to change my move in date twice due to snow and they were very helpful with that also. If I had to critique anything it would be the grounds. $400 pet deposit and a monthly pet rent - I would expect the grounds to be better taken care of for walking your dog. It doesn’t appear that it is enforced that people pick up after their pets and it doesn’t make walking my dog very pleasant.

Yes, all residents of Springhouse Apartment Homes are required to maintain and provide evidence of at least $100,000 in legal liability insurance coverage for the duration of their lease term at Springhouse Apartment Homes. Residents may choose to obtain this insurance through their preferred insurance agent or insurance carrier at their own expense or enroll in our community program that meets the liability insurance requirement and is paid with rent each month. Yes, Springhouse Apartment Homes is pleased to welcome pets to our community, including large dogs, with no weight restrictions. A maximum of two pets per apartment home are allowed and certain breed or other pet restrictions may apply.
