Had my doubts at first. I brought my PC that I built in twice and it still had problems, but on the 3rd visit its was pretty much good as new. Took alot of time but it only cost me $85 for the first visit, and it was probably due to miscommunication on my end. Here I was about to spend hundreds of dollars buying new parts or goin to geek squad. You don't need to set up an appointment here. Just walk in, plain and simple. You may want to call first. I'm glad that I gave these guys a 3rd shot. If you're at your wits end with what to do with your PC I recommend coming to the Cell Phone Zone.
