I'm very un-happy. I had a plumbing issue about three weeks ago and it took the apartment complex for ever to respond> the day/ night after it happened I had to stop one of the maintenance/ emergency workers to ask when would they be coming to my apartment . then I never heard from the office personal, even after the messages that I left, which is no surprise. those people never return any messages! It is now going on the fourth week and I still have a big cut out in my bathroom wall. I never received a phone call as to when it will be fixed. The carpet guy was more concerned then the apartment complex. thank god he left his machine to dry the floor because the cut out that the plumber made to fix the problem was still leaking. soaking the carpet leaving a horrible mildew smell which i still have to this day. to make matters worst I had just renewed my lease! SO MY RENT WENT UP AND THE SERVICE WENT DOWN!! Which it was bad to begin with.

At first it was great just like many others have said in their reviews, but now it's just HORRIBLE. They never answer the phone, when they do they are just rude about everything, or are never able to help with anything. My fridge stopped working in November, they replaced it with a fridge with no door guards, they kept blaming Covid for slow delivery of new ones. They finally came months later with just ONE that didn't even fit the fridge it kept falling off. I am SO over it, I cannot wait to move. For the price they are charging, you can definitely find something better.

The five stars doesn't mean everything has been perfect, it means when things were less than ideal the staff was perfect. When I moved in there was no shortage of issues starting with the office being closed when I finished the drive up from GA. There was someone from maintenance on standby expecting my call and he showed up with my keys and welcome packet. Kristen was so attentive to any issue I had doing all she could to make it better. When it came time for lease renewal they knew I was looking for another apt and always kept me in the loop when what I was looking for became available. Oksana stepped in with her own level of tenacity helping me get just what I wanted. Living at Impressions has been nothing short of an adventure but I wouldn't want to live anywhere else in Hampton Roads. Thank you ladies🥰

Impressions has been by far the most beautiful, and wonderful apartment complex I’ve stayed in. The neighborhood is peaceful, and quiet. And the apartment I’m living in is very spacious, and nice. There has been no roaches or mice, which is fantastic!!! And I’d also like to give thanks to Oksana and Season for helping me get this beautiful apartment together, and for their service. 😊💖
