Moving process and staff was so friendly and recieved us with a warm welcome. Addressed any questions we had instantly. My family & I love living here beautiful weather near stores, beach and parks !! Convinent washer/ dryer hook ups beautiful size patio. Friendly staff who addresses necessities in a timley manner !! Pet friendly. Well maintained, one of the best places we've rented in so far! Exceeds our expectations! Thank you to all the Staff at the californian apartments!

I've been living here for over a month now and so far I haven't had any complains. This is very very good residential area and apartment complex. The landlords are nice and informative. Service and maintenance is phenomenal. You want something fix, get a request on their website and they fix it by tomorrow. I would recommend this apartment complex to my friends and family if they ever lived in Huntington Beach!

The staff has been super helpful. The maintenance crew is phenomenal. We love our apartment and patio. Our unit is right on Warner, and the traffic isn’t an issue. The complex is very dog and pet friendly. It is located right next to 24 hr fitness and Starbucks. It’s convenient to all the major stores. The parking can be a challenge, but the saving grace is the parking behind the complex. The complex has a large grassy park and playground that is awesome for parking and beauty.

Not a bad place to live if you can put up with the admin. Greg and the maintenance crew are great, the little notes the office leaves in you doors are pretty silly. Like I use auto pay for the rent, my rent was due yesterday, but didn't come out, I called the office to see if there was a problem and asked if I should wait till Tomorrow to pay... they said tommorow, then put a notice on my door to pay or quit..... almost as stupid as pay a service fee for water to a company that just divides the complex bill so they can charge us to run their fountains.....
