Location is nice, neighborhood is friendly and parking is abundant. There isn’t a recycling program (for those who like those type of things), and parking is permit based. Management and employees are friendly prompt and are helpful throughout the entire process. However the renovation team they utilize could do a bit better with their work, and some spot checking would go a long way, granted these apartments are being renovated so a lot goes a long way. Either way definitely have recommended it for friends who are looking for places.

My husband is US Army and we wanted to live right off of base! Woodscape offered everything we wanted for a great price. Every time we put in a maintenance order it was addressed promptly. Everyone in the office is amazing. It’s been a quiet and a beautiful two years that we have been here. We are off to Idaho and would definitely recommend Woodscape to anybody looking for their next place to call home!

Wonderful place with wonderful staff that is always willing to go above and beyond for you. From the main office to maintenance, these people are pure professionals, and always look out for you. I can't speak highly enough about how quickly they will help you. Something breaks down? There in a flash. Issue paying your bill online? Boom. Fixed. This is the best apartment I've ever lived at. And I love how well I've been treated here. Came to stay for a year at most. Stayed for four. Plan to stay for many more. You WILL NOT regret living in these beautiful and well managed apartments.

I’ve been living here for about 3 years and have no complaints. Maintenance comes in a timely fashion, it’s spacious then most apartments in the area, located in a central spot. Nobody bothers packages left at the door. It’s quiet and tucked in from the main road and highway. Newly renovated exterior and even though inflation is happening everywhere but their rates still beat the competitors. Everyone really stays to themselves, summing it up to a great place to live overall.
