I lived on Brookfield street at College Park apartments for 2 years and it was a great experience. The ladies in the leasing office were very nice and helpful and maintenance responded to any issues I had very quickly.

Worst apartments that I ever live in the rent office staff is nasty and rude and it’s this one maintenance guy that keeps messing with me every chance he gets over the littlest things they don’t like to fix nothing rent high and the apartments not even worth it all they do is shoot n kill round here this is not the place to stay

These apartments are infested small and some not all the staff are rude I would advise anybody not to rent from these people

I would never rent from ANY property management company that pays for FAKE REVIEWS! Instead of spending money on advertising and fake reviews maybe YOU should use that money to fix the MANY problems that previous and current residents have been complaining about in their reviews??? smh @ such SHADY business practices!
