Very quick and professional job! From start to finish my alterations took maybe two weeks tops for a hem, bust fit, and custom sleeve. Exceeded all of my expectations and very very friendly! Hopefully I won’t need to get another wedding dress altered, but if there’s any bridesmaid work or other professional alterations I need done, I’ll absolutely be back! Thank you for all your work to make my dress amazing !!

Update: As expected, no accountability when customer expresses damage done to their garment and wasted money for poor result. Only an apology and a “but”. Doesn’t sound sincere at all. With all the good reviews, unfortunately my experience was terrible. I felt the dress didn’t fit right when I tried it on again. One sleeve was weird looking and the body felt all warped, it was uncomfortable. I expressed my concern and he dismissed it by saying it’s supposed to be that way because it’s a bias cut. But it wasn’t like this before it got altered. I came home to try again and found one end of the sleeve was bigger than the other; I could put my hand through one sleeve but not the other. When I compared them, one sleeve was smaller than the other. It should be the same! Furthermore, there is a chalk mark on the back of my dress that won’t come off! I paid a lot to have my dress ruined. I was extremely disappointed, I went to another place and got better explanation of what should and shouldn’t be done to the dress. I shouldn’t have proceeded with the place and I learned my lesson. If you don’t feel it’s right, trust your gut and don’t go with it. Maybe this place is best for simple hemming, no more than that.

Hi! Bring the items you want altered in so you and Adam can go over them. He will have you try them on. Not only can he do alterations, he is also a designer. We have been going to him since 2008 and his work is truly amazing. Very detailed and he will definitely make your wardrobe what you want.
