Worse apartment complex EVER!! RUN!! I’ve been here 4yrs and they increased my rent by 200!! Yet others who live in my exact same apt pay $770!! Why?? They are HORRIBLE and they don’t fix ANYTHING!

I lived there for 6 years. 1st few years was good. Rent was reasonable. Then maintenance issues started ( rain coming in through bay window and parts of ceiling coming apart) Maintenance and company was awful during that period.. no help at all in resolving the issue ...high turnover on maintenance and leasing consultants .. also have to pay rent at another location.. I couldn't take it anymore.. I had to move.. don't do it...

If I can give zero stars. They stated my income was great but denied my app although credit score 740 and no derogatory Marks for years or any report from creditors. . Stating they dont look at credit score. I believe they are discriminating

How much is your bill showing? I'm curious... I'm upset about the electric bill. The thermostat is an old one from the 80s and it is not energy efficient AT all... the heat barely runs because we like a cooler household. So I'm confused.
