They are trash. Infested with mice and the rental office is doing NOTHING about it! The manager is lazy and she cares nothing about her tenants. DON'T MOVE HERE!

Morningside Apartments is a great place to live .I have resided here for 13years . The maintenance team is great and they are doing an outstanding job to complete all of the work orders. The grounds are clean .I'm enjoying my beautiful Townhome. And the property is great .If I need anything I just pick up the phone and reach out to her.

Just moved in. Love my place and the space. Peaceful where my section is. The ladies in the office are nice. Alexis help make my move a smooth transition.

this apartment is alright for 2 bedrooms the maintenance people can’t fix anything to be honest but what do you expect for a 800 dollar apartment if you complaining go buy a house . That’s what i will be doing in the future . P.S i’m …

Yes they accept housing vouchers.

By any chance are you all apartments based off of your income?, and if so do you all have any 3 bed room townhomes or apartments available?.
