Good location, close to lot of restaurants. But rooms were a bit dated. Looks like the air conditioning had not been serviced. One room AC didn't work, had to switch room but other room also had AC issues.

I dont give 5 star reviews. They must be earned. This Courtyard by Marriott earned it. Every member of the staff that we interacted with was professional, friendly and very courteous. The room was very clean. The bathroom was clean. The bed was clean and very comfortable so that I felt like I was sleeping on a cloud and woke very well rested. The rates were very affordable. Check in and check out was easy. The young lady that checked us in went out of her way to be helpful but I failed to get her name. I highly recommend this Courtyard to all travelers.

Hotel is outdated. Rooms are old. Wallpaper peeling off the walls. Rusty sprinkler head falling off the ceiling. No hot water in the shower. I told the GM about it. Nice guy, but he seemed to be surprised. It’s interesting to see that other people posted about the same issue though. This hotel is not up to the typical Marriott standards in my opinion. I’ll stay somewhere else next time.

We stayed here for a night on our way back from Florida. After booking the reservation, I looked at the latest reviews and noticed they seemed to be pretty evenly split between "very nice" and "don't stay here". I was hoping we'd agree with the former...and we did. I'm not sure how there were negative reviews for this hotel. We arrived at 10:30 at night, and although it took a few minutes for someone to come to the desk to check us in, the woman who did was very courteous and welcoming. The lobby was clean and modern. We found our room to be spacious, very clean, and decorated nicely. The beds were comfortable and the room was quiet, so my family all enjoyed a good night's sleep. We would definitely choose to stay here again if in the area.
