I’m extremely disappointed smh. I used to love this place, but my last few visits have been awful. It’s ALWAYS something! I always book the room with the full kitchen and jacuzzi..always. The last time I came, my room (that I booked weeks in advance) wasn’t available. They didn’t even tell me, just gave me a room that had no kitchen and a regular bath tub. Today, I booked in advance again. The hot tub jets didn’t work. It’s the most expensive room they have and they only have a few rooms like it. Why is it that the jacuzzi isn’t working? Also, this isn’t the first time this has happened. Why aren’t the jets being checked before signing people in? It’s too expensive for that. Final thing, check in is at 3 pm, I got there at 3:40. The front desk told me the room wasn’t ready and I would have to wait an hour. They set the times, not me! The room should be ready at check in time! I shouldn’t have to come at 5 o’clock. Gas is too expensive to be driving to a place and the room isn’t right. This happens too often and it’s just disappointing. Really disrupted my weekend plans. I tried to give them one final chance today and they still couldn’t get it right. I will never go here again. I’m a choice hotels gold member. You’d think they treat consistent customers better than this smh.

Very clean and comfortable rooms. Lots of retail around the area. Easy access to highway. The room had a refrigerator and a microwave. Friendly staff at check in.

The hotel was nice, in a good location, nice part of ton, near food and business. The room was fine, but the elevators were dirty with sticky floors. No cleaning done while I was there. The custodians seemed to be doing their job, but my guess is they were understaffed. This can be corrected by management. The shower curtain rods need replacing.

The room was fine, we had minimal contact with the staff but they were fine. Breakfast in the morning was fine, nothing special. The pool was great for the kids and there were tons of kids there. If i were an adult trying to relax on a kids free vacation it would have been terrible, but since i had three small kids with me it was exactly what we wanted. The room was fine except the bathroom where there was mold in several spots and the shower was falling apart. For the price they charged I expected more. Don't stay in room 301 if you go unless they fix the bathroom first.

I know of 1 a little drive away, in a town called Rockville(Goochland) Va. Can't remember name of business
That hotel doesn't have a schuttle and it's about a 2 mile hike to the Pavilion. The hotel does have cabs they work with. Their cards are at the front desk. Driving sounds like your best bet. Hope this helps!
