Boyds Flowers came through for me with flying colors even though I experienced internet problems when placing my order. While completing my internet order over the weekend , the Boyds website suddenly shut down just after I added my credit card information. I assumed my order did not go through so I pulled up their website again and properly placed my order. To my surprise I received two order confirmations! On Monday, I called Boyds and spoke with Somal explaining what happened. I gave her to order number to cancel and was assured this order was indeed cancelled, and I could expect a refund in 7-10 business days. To my surprise two identical flower arrangements were delivered to my Aunt Gail on Wednesday. I was shocked and saddened. Finally, on Thursday, the manager named Helen apologized for the mix-up and assured me my refund will occur as noted above. These are tough times for all small businesses nationwide as labor/staffing shortages continue. I will continue to send my flower delivery needs to Boyds Flowers's website yet I will be extra careful when it comes time to add my credit card information. The internet is anything but predicable!

Been using Boyd's Flowers for years. Spent thousands over the years. Last couple of arrangements were not very impressive, or at least not up to their past arrangements. Today, they've missed a delivery and are not responding to phone calls or emails. Looking for a new local and reliable florist. Flowers below are the same exact order. The one on the left was delivered last August 2022. The one on the right was ordered just a couple of years ago. The one on the left was $30 more expensive.

I ordered flowers over phone for my father's funeral today.I can tell you for the 164.00 I got charged the flowers were small and small vase.Promised beautiful flowers.Really not many flowers for that price. I thought it was going to be hugh.Joke and rip off.Will never use again and tell friends not to either. I was so embarrassed at the funeral by these from my husband and I.

Ordered flowers with a balloon. Didn’t get the balloon. So I called and kept being put on hold!! No one ever came back to the phone. Ignorant if I must say so. Literally like 4-5 times. Hmm, poor customer service. I did leave a message, but no one got back to me. Thanks, but no thanks.
