Shipley provide not only quality of care but an upmost regard to quality of life. I would recommend Shipley Living to any of my friends or loved ones without question.

I worked here recently and they make it seem sweet but in actuality the nurses dont care about the patients they ignore your family members pager while they sit and chat amongst themselves they talk smack on your family members behind their back, they only care about a facade half of the actual residents hate it there and complain about being treated like children in which they are correct. This isnt a retirement living experience unless your independent living if your in healthcare or IL forget about it. They’re using trips as a way to stop residents from complaining but they don’t actually care. Im not a RN and I had your family members begging me for help because nobody cares about their needs. Unprofessional place covering up with candy and smiles. Don’t be fooled. Response: you can act shocked to save ur horrible unprofessional company/ staff members and your negligent nurses but the truth is the truth tim and all of you . 🫶🏼

They upper cut my grandma so hard she was hospitalised. They dont care about their staff or residents. DONT SEND OR WORK FOR SHIPLEY HOMES
