First off the elevators are a accident waiting to happen. There is a leak on the 12th floor roof as well.

Nice Senior living building. People are friendly. The only thing they dont have security on site unless it's the beginning of the month.

My Mother lived there from 1985-1999 no problems, however place has changed it's a section 8 now and yes roaches and mice will come into a dirty apt but if you don't leave out food or keep a messy kitchen with lots of trash, you shouldn't have any problems. Also they have exterminators on site every couple of months for all apts. My Brother moved in July has no bugs or mice. Also they are in process of refurbishing their halls/elevators, and just replaced air conditioning units on the roof. Waiting list!
