Luckily I didn't have the A-hole in a previous review. Staff was friendly and attentive. Best needle man and MRI technician I ever had; and I have had many MRI's unfortunately. I didn't get his name but he was so helpful and reassuring as I am very claustrophobic. This unit is a true open MRI and I got through it with his assistance and caring. True compassionate professional. Thank you

The guy behind the counter needs an attitude adjustment. I came in and asked a simple question about their times and he refused to specify them to me. Got gaslit and told that he said something else about their times when I came back for clarification. He was extremely hostile and disrespectful for no reason whatsoever. Whoever he is should be fired and not be working in the healthcare field if this is how he treats people.

Office needs better receptionist. I was denied an appointment because this woman stuck her nose in a situation she knew nothing about. My neurologist couldn't see me in person till next year for my cyst so he had me go to my primary for the script for the MRI. I told her this yet the lady called my primary asking for reason for contrast when it was my neurologist who wanted this. Whoever runs this place you hired one dumb person!!!!

This facility insisted neither they nor their billing department would know how much an MRI would be until it was already completed and charged to my insurance, which does not make sense. The receptionists were very friendly over the phone, so likely this information is not their fault, but still not a good answer...
