This place is awful...worst service ever. Waited 40 minuets to pick up a package, then they could not find it int he back room, then it took another 20 minutes before they could find it. They do nothing to move the line, they ignore the line, staff move at a snails pace, socialize in the back, and the supervisor does not care...if you ask for him do not expect much, because your not going to get much. I wish there was a zero star rating.

The people behind the counter are typically very helpful and patient at this location but lately, they’re being mistreated by irate customers because the CARRIER is not doing their job. The people behind the counter are not responsible for the carrier’s behavior. USPS is responsible. File an official complaint with the OIG but please do not harass the staff behind the counter.

I was the 4th person in line and all of us were there because of missing packages at the carrier level. In my case they said I moved and didn't leave the package, but left envelopes.

This is the post office that lost my mail a couple months ago and never got resolved. What made me think of it again was I watched a mail carrier toss mail out on the ground acting like it fell but I saw this and it was raining that day, so I went out and picked the mail up and delivered the mail to those addresses. I called to report the incident and they gave me this number to call and to push option 3 there was no option 3 so I was unable to reach anyone and I didn't have the time to keep calling all these different numbers given here you go. SMH

Keep calling, the supervisors answer usually around 11am-3am. Anytime before or after is hopeless.
Call 9am to 3pm maybe i can get an answer for u......what did u need? I'll go over and ask. Im close by the posy office.

Pick up times are usually listed on the box, some boxes require 2 pick ups, others do not, but it's typically between 930am-5pm, depending on when the carrier for that route gets to the box.
They open at 8am🤷

There is a shortage of worker. And since the pandemic they NEVER ANSWER the phone. Even corporate number just rings. Have to go in and speak to supervisor. But that takes a long time also as you have to wait in line then ask to speak to them.
