Wait in line for 20 minutes to purchase 2 rolls of stamps only to find out because Tom is on vacation they don't have any. How are their doors still open? Ugh!

I moved into Colonial Heights and have been getting 3 previous names of mail which are not mine. I put rts and put them in the mailbox. Sick and tired of it. Common mail sorters what do I do.

Lost a package I sent. Opened a claim and they closed it without contacting me or resolving issue. Recipient of package claims this post office has the worst incompetent staff and service. From the reviews I see here it is not hard to believe. Terrible. I try calling this location for answers and all I get is busy tone, someone is working here and a phone does ring. General manager hello? You working? I have lost business due to the loss of my mail. Unacceptable.

The front desk gentleman was nice but the employees in the back loudly and openly talked bad about my situation with having my Mail held at the facility. One specifically said “real adults check their mailbox everyday” and I don’t appreciate it given that they don’t know what’s currently going on in my personal life. The front desk guy apologized for their “commotion” but also asked me why I hadn’t picked up my Mail until today (it had been two weeks) and if someone was sick or I was out of town which I thought was inappropriate to ask. I feel very disrespected and uncomfortable ever returning to this facility.
