Make sure that you ask all the right questions. What those are that's depending on everyone's way of living. Also ask if the elevators are working. You don't want to end up being stuck in the elevator or have to end up carrying you new born baby, groceries, a toddler and personal items up the stairs,, (not fun)Take a picture of the apartment when you move in and then a picture when you move out, so that they don't keep your deposit and charge you another $700 when the apartment looks the same and after being living there 3years. Staff is cool, but this place doesn't know when to do the right thing.

I work here and all the little businesses here are filled with friendly people. They are just so hidden underneath the apartments. Its Good area.

Bad management. We lived there for a year they increased our rent so we decided move to other unit for better view and lower rent. We left our unit clean we had one room painted and some holes in the walls from wall art. The office charged us $2260for apartment cleaning and changing carpet , when I asked the office if I need to clean the carpet before we move out they said no. Also my husband is a painter he asked the office for the color to repaint the walls in guest bedroom they never send it to us. Very poor manigment that charged us 2260for unit cleaning when we even have video in what contrition we left the unit.

I have lived here for over a year now. The Pinnacle is a great place to live. Here's why, for starters it is central to major freeways like the 405, 55, and 5. I can be in HB in 10-15 min Newport Beach in 7 minutes or Corona in less than 30 minutes. The apartments are spacious, open and thank goodness my unit gets to see natural light. From the manager all the way down to the leasing consultants and maintenance people have been extremely friendly and courteous. They are welcoming and fair. The grounds are well kept and I have never had an issue with neighbors. It is apartment living so there is noise here and there, but not to the point of annoyance. I do not think it is over priced in comparison to the going rate on near by properties. I would recommend, heck I was even trying to get my mom to move here. Hope others have the same experience as me!
