Highly recommend this complex. This is a VERY clean, very welcoming complex. Luis Tapia- the community director, is extremely helpful and always taking an extra mile to assist your needs. Martin- the service director, is always out with his team every morning keeping up with landscaping and ensuring trash cans around the community are cleaned. They are always willing to help with any maintenance needs you may have or questions. This complex is pet friendly! They have several big, beautiful areas of grass for your furry babies to walk around and explore. There are multiple pet stations around the complex that offer a little trash can and baggies for pick up. Also, a great place for kids. There are several areas for children to play ball or ride bikes within the complex. There is a community library right near the entrance that offers after school programs and other great resources for the community! You are located right by major stores such as Walmart, Target, Smart & Final, etc. There are also several great schools located not far from the apartments. Laundry is located on site. It’s always clean and well taken care of. There are multiple machines for washing and drying. It’s open 7 days a week during certain hours. Open everyday until 10! Which helps for those who work late. The kitchen sinks are my favorite- it’s deep and long. The cabinets are updated and countertops, with electric stove tops. They have a microwave built into your cabinets which saves you on space in your kitchen. There is lots of space actually for a one bedroom in the closets and bathroom area. There are some units with a cute balcony. Perfect amount of space for a bike or some chairs and a table to enjoy the evenings on. Really well managed, taken care of property. They really do care about their tenants and providing you with the best experiences.
