Absolutely the worst security I have ever witnessed. Their voicemail is always full, when an employee’s car got stolen, they were nowhere to be seen. They care more about ticketing and towing employees’ cars that are parked off to the side than on actually patrolling for actual problems.

As a former employee of Allied Universal I know that they're a very genuine company and and always sincerely ardent to provide exceptional security services. Very many managers, officers, and patrol units that I have personally come across unanimously have one thing common not because they're "just being paid" but because they actually WANT to secure, patrol, or manage all of their clients concerns and property as best as they can. Was a very serious pleasure working for them when I did and I strongly encourage others to do so who are eager to either gain employment experience, work while studying full-time or part-time at school, or even to just get out and do something for those who may have already retired from a former job. Days can always get hard, times can always get tough, shifts can be very long yes, but overall it was worth it! I met some very amazing people and many love what they do. No place is ever perfect and never will be but Allied Universal never stops striving for perfection as all companies of course should but sadly, many don't. One of my many great mistakes was walking off the job while working here after almost two years due to personal issues at home that I couldn't manage and that were beyond my control. That's in the past now and with the unusual courtesy of a pandemic my life is under control. The personal character development I was able to receive while working here. . .PRICELESS! I strongly recommend their services to anyone and everyone!

Allied Universal falsely reported to EDD wages and last date of employment while I was collecting Unemployment Benefits. They have admitted their mistake but havent found the time to report back to EDD with correct info. And also report to IRS that they reported wages never paid to me, which is tax fraud by the way. Two months have passed since request to HR was made for corrective action, nothing done yet. They are waiting for hearing date with EDD to go in and say they were wrong, and they are sorry. After the State Hearing, I will take my case to a Civil Court, these people are not being held accountable. I am sure I am not the only one affected by this, checks issued and voided that are reported to IRS and EDD and then never corrected or issue a new check. Because of their false reporting to EDD, I have been found to be guilty of fraud, benefits stopped, punished to not collect Unemployment Benefits for three years and a $1000+ fine. Stay away from this employer, they commit fraud and shrug their shoulders when asked for an explanation.

Been with the company for around almost 5 to 6 months and it is a great growing fast company. But the down side you work so hard request day's off and they will not be giving to you regardless of the situation our main office branch handles things very poorly here in Denver Co. I am still with the company but with all the lies the branch makes to cover them selves its sad honestly.
