We've been in this community for about 6 months and I have felt that we've spent enough time at Parskide Court to write a proper review. My boyfriend and I are pretty quiet people. We both work a lot during the week and have to be up early due to our jobs. Unfortunately, a noise situation was occurring with a neighbor and we of course wanted to handle the case with maturity, respect, and professionalism. Fortunately, we were able to do just that with the support from the AMAZING services team here. Elisabeth, Marilyn, and especially Cynthia have been empathetic about our situation and displayed great communication and we were able to reach a mutual understanding and have the best outcome for all of us. I have heard of apartment services not upolding standards and increasingly display a lack of communication, however, the ladies at Parkside Court CARE and they want EVERYONE to be happy. In regards to the complex itself, it is pretty clean and I have not seen one cockroach or rat (cockroaches and rats usually occur in messy dirty areas and we clean up after ourselves). You have to adapt and even out your standards a bit as you aren't living in Beverly Hills. I think our favorite thing about our specific unit is our beautiful tree that touches our balcony and gives us shade. We love the greenery around the complex and appreciate all of the amenities. Although we loved the pool and spa and are sad it is not currently availble, we apprecite the measures that Essex is taking with COVID-19 and we will be excited when it opens back up. Overall, Parkside Court is a wonderful little place and I hope that people utilize Elisabeth, Marilyn, and Cynthia with any concerns because they get things done and are truly considerate!

Great place to live! Clean, quiet, and pet friendly. Management (Cynthia) and staff are very helpful and knowledgeable.They do their best to accommodate all tenants with any issues. Two very well kept pools, a BBQ area and just recently added a dog park. Not to mention central Air conditioning. All around great community.

Its almost a year now and I feel like this year has gone so fast. I guess its true; time flys when your having a good time. I moved to OC for LA and moving to Parkside Court has been the best move on my life. The leasing office was helpful from the day I applied. The ladies are so attentive and take care of the Community so well. The property is clean and I enjoy the pool much as I can. Highly recommend this community.

Recently moved into Parkside Court three months ago on the day of my wedding. Thought it was going to be a crazy move on the most important day of my life; but the ladies in the leasing office were very helpful and my move was not even on my mind that day. My neighbors are great. Very quite place.
