I am writing to update my review of System Pavers. I met with Rich and Derek and they provided the best customer service that I could ask for from a customer who experienced how sometimes some things can go awry. I have to say that their customer service surpassed beyond all means. I am proud of the final product and service. They are clearly focused on quality and customer satisfaction. Thank you Rich and Derek for the fantastic service!!

My wife and I landscaped our backyard through System Pavers in June of 2021. I should have written this review sooner because I have never had a better experience than the one I had with Wade Capps through System Pavers, my wife agrees, and this was a big misstep. Our initial consultation was with Anthony, and he was candid about what they could and could not do and tried to give us referrals for a plumber; we needed one separately for our firepit. After consulting with Anthony, Kim with scheduling called us right away to start scheduling our project. We did Turf, an Awning cover, a planter wall, and a firepit with System Pavers. Every person we spoke with at System Pavers was friendly, had good energy, and was very serious about making sure we were happy with the finished product. They guarantee their work, and they really mean it, we had an issue with our fireplace in February of 2022, and they still came out and fixed it almost a year later! Anthony gave us an estimation of the timeline, and as we all know, with construction during the best of times, but especially during COVID, there will always be a delay. This is where our project Manager Wade Capps came in and excelled. Wade knows a LOT about what he is doing and is very passionate about his work; he really seems to enjoy it. He explained everything to us, not in a condescending, mansplaining way, but in a genuinely thoughtful way; we felt like he really wanted us to understand the process. Wade was stellar and unmatched when setting expectations, unlike anything we have ever experienced before. If there was a delay in the timeline, or we needed to have something redone, they really mean it when they say they want you to be happy with your final product; Wade was ahead of the game. We never had to worry because he preemptively alerted us to schedule changes and delays. Wade knows his stuff, is impressive on follow-through, is so kind, and is genuinely great at his job. I cannot say enough about how awesome it was to work with him; he even gave us advice on what to do when our plumber, who we hired separately, messed up on our gas valve. We were soooo lucky to have Wade, I called him 15 minutes after our initial consultation with Anthony, and it felt like we had known him our whole lives. Seriously, if Wade is your project manager, you have nothing to worry about, and you will get an excellent price for your services. Thank you, Wade; we owe you a big hug after COVID; we cannot thank you enough for your genuine heart, hard work, and knowledge. Landscaping an entire yard from scratch is a significant undertaking and scary, but we couldn’t be happier because of Wade. Seriously, System Pavers, you are lucky to have this one-of-a-kind individual on your team!!!

Outstanding Customers Service even after the sale. As a US Marine and Firefighter I know a thing or two about great service. My original project installation was completed in February 2016. I had a few small items over the last couple of years that I just did not seem to find the time to address. I contacted System Pavers for and they responded quickly. Manager Daniel contacted me, understood my concerns and arrived on time to take a look. His install crew lead by Jonathan arrive on the scheduled date, were professional, kept me informed and cleaned up after they were done. Manager Daniel even stopped by to check in on the repair items. The day after a small problem development again and Daniel personally came by and took the time to resolve the issue himself. I had never met Daniel prior but I can tell that he fully understands the importance of great customer service, reputation and good karma. System Pavers would do well to hire more brand ambassadors like Daniel.
