BC Auto is straight forward and honest up front in what is needed and not needed. I went for an oil change on the Mazda 3i Sport and asked if they have 0W 20 synthetic oil available and Khanh showed me a case of Mobil 0W 20 oil the is the oil that’s requested and put into my car. I am very happy with BC AUTO and the great job done by them.

Shame on ME for not writing a review sooner! I have been a customer for 8-9 years and I am so GRATEFUL to be one of their many regular happy customers. I started out seeing Anthony and now I mostly see Charlie and every time I come in for repairs he goes WAY above and beyond with the service he provides on every level. If you want a good mechanic who is honest and fair this is a place to go. I was dealing with Toyota of Orange and they tried to upsell me $3,500 when all I needed was an oil change and when I left from Toyota of Orange they didn't put any oil in my car needless to say this is the only place I will be going to moving forward. Charlie and his staff are amazing
