Basic hotel, nothing spectacular or high end, it serves the purpose. Love the location, room was clean, staff was pleasant. I've also been to Salsa night, drinks are good, not too expensive and service is also good, no complaints.

I've put my Dad up at this hotel twice when he's come to visit and he's only ever had great things to say about it - especially this last time - they were having salsa dancing downstairs and he assumed it would be loud and keep him up all night and he said it was silent as soon as the elevator doors closed, like it wasn't even happening! Also just a really aesthetically pleasing hotel. Love it

Sorry this was a terrible experience. The location was great, in the of shopping,dinning great scenery of beautiful Shortpump. However the hotel stay was horrible. To begin the room was near the end of a dark and dreary gray hallway and it dirty. Dust and cobwebs hanging from the smoke detector. A little bit of mold in the corner of the showers.The mini fridge did not work. The fitness room was full of trash and dirty towels . and the door handles were sticky. After dinner and we were trying to get some sleep . However that became difficult because children were having relay races up and down the hallway. We spoke to the front desk but nothing was said or done about it. We also noticed that the phone was beeping. and no matter what we did it would not stop making this loud consistent BEEP! BEEP! and to accompany that a loud engine noise sounding like a diesel tank engine starting up would happen every 20 mins. Basically we did not sleep well and woke up more tired than when we arrived. In the morning (8:30 am) I visited the fitness center it was dirty . Trash cans over flowing and dirty towels all about. I went to leave and noticed the door handles were sticky. I wiped the handles with a Lysol wipe and black dirt cam off. We decided to check out early and left the hotel. Upon check out we spoke to the morning shift desk clerk and voiced our concerns . we were told they would have the manager call us. I left my phone number and email address. I was not called or emailed! I called back to the hotel 3 times and still a manager was not available. I have left 4 voice mail messages and still have not been called back. As of today ( 2 weeks have gone by and I have not had a single call back or any other correspondence from the management.) In summation the lack of attention to detail and the complete absence of customer service and management " I will not be returning to this hotel" . Honestly this experience was by far way under par for a $200 a night stay.

When my family and I arrived at our hotel, we were quickly checked in and given a room. When we went up to the room, it was still dirty from the previous guest. We immediately returned to the front desk and reported what happened. There was no apology for the inconvenience but, we did quickly receive a key for another room. Unfortunately the breakfast supplied by the hotel was quite expensive! A single banana was $1.25 and small cup of oatmeal was $3.50. My family requested more towels the second night of our visit and the staff reported they did not have any clean towels to give us. In the morning, around 6:30am, we went back to the front desk in hopes to receive fresh towels but, staff explained they would not have any clean towels until 9:00am. I would not recommend staying in this area with young children as the hotel and close by restaurants play loud music at night that can be heard from even the top floor. Nice workout facility!
