After looking for hotels in the richmond area for a while, because of a bad experience at another we decided to go with this one and was VERY VERY pleased. The room was clean (shower was nice) and staff was very accomadating as well. Will come back!

Common areas were clean. Restaurant was good but had 86'd many menu items. Staff professional, friendly and helpful. Rooms basically ok. Bed and pillows terrible. Beds low and no support. You need 3 pillows to make 1 good one. Quite uncomfortable. Overall 3.5 stars

Walked in, no one greeted us & there was someone at the desk. My wife & I wanted to look around because we are thinking of having our wedding reception there. I do believe that 1st impressions is everything, but like I said. No one never greeted us & we walked around on our own.

The room was very comfortable. The bed was very firm but slept well and the water pressure in the shower was just right! I wish we would have changed rooms because the view was a bed of rocks and breakfast wasn't included in the price so read the amenities before booking. Overall great experience!
