This apartment company up charges in water bills. There were no leaks yet water bill will be higher than electricity and drinking water combined. Also they getting one star because they tried to charge me for carpet stain even after the move out inspection was passed and it was not caused by me: I refused so they warned me of collection activity for 25$. This tells how much money hungry this place is. I don’t recommend to anyone including people living in Virginia.

Overall I've enjoyed living at Marshall Springs. Maintenance has always fixed problems in a timely manner and the staff is always friendly when I call. Grounds are well kept and I enjoy having the pool and outdoor tables/grills.

Mold is so frequent in this apartment complex. I've better been at a place before that has mold this insane. EVERY WINDOW! We have to clean them literally every week. The apartment stays on 69 most of the time so I'm not sure how it grows so often.This is absolutely not acceptable and we would never want you to be experiencing any issues as you are outlining.
