My new mower is bowens bad 2 Tha bone! Good tools and hardware didn't have quik dam hydro tubes there but other emergency equipment during storm seasons are available and abundant

Finding it increasingly difficult to purchase the hardware I'm looking for these days. Big box stores allow customers to peruse the hardware and many throw pieces in any bin making it hard to buy without sifting a lot. This trip I found the exact screws I needed, however, the boxes of screws were NOT what the individual screw fastened to the shelf. Driving up to an hour one way to return because you failed to make sure you were purchasing what you went for is on you the second time. I always check now (see pic).

Went in looking for weed wacker and grill grease tray. We were assisted by the best store employee, Kevin! While other store employees seemed stand off ish, Kevin approached my husband and I and was super super helpful! He was knowledgeable, professional, very friendly and had a genuine smile. I’ve never written a review on an employee before so this review says a lot about the type of employee Kevin is. Not my normal customer service experience at Lowes in short pump. I’ve never in 7 years of shopping at this Lowes ever experienced such honest to goodness help by a store associate.

Went to Lowes to check out washer/dryers. 2 employees were deep in conversation. Stood by hoping they would see me, but it did not matter. Whatever they were doing was more important than acknowledging a customer. I watched them walk back and forth and finally say, "We'll be with you." I had to walk out after waiting another 5 minutes. Never again!
