I had to rent a car while my car was in the body shop being repaired for three weeks . The employees at this enterprise were all very courteous and got me checked in and out with ease. The drivers were very nice too . The only problem I had was that the car they gave me wasn’t in as good a shape as it should’ve been . Not bad but just not up to the quality I’d come to expect in a rental car. Additionally, I had asked for a smaller more fuel efficient vehicle , but they gave me an outlander . I did not complain Bc I was in a hurry . I would recommend them, just be sure to speak up when you get your car .

I agree with most of the negative reviews with this particular location in Innsbrook. Especially the noticeable customer service change when NEW MANAGEMENT took over. In past years this location was nothing but aces. After NEW MANAGEMENT came in the service and attitude of the employees was nothing short of despicable. I had a reservation for a large SUV, last week, for a week's worth travel.....nope no large SUV was to be found when I arrived. They didn't offer an alternative either. I made the reservation at least 4-6 weeks prior. They promised to locate one and drop it off at my house before my scheduled departure. Nope...more lies. Never happened. I had to call and ask the status and all I received was the "run around" and excuses. I canceled the reservation and had to take one of my personal vehicles for a 1,700+ mile business trip. Overall the last three reservations I have had with this particular location were very disappointing. Taking my business elsewhere.

Innsbrook location was very convenient and had exactly the vehicle that I needed to rent. Rudy snd Mel were very professional and did a great job assisting me in the rental process. I highly recommend this Enterprise location along with Rudy and his Team there.

This is about the 4th time in the past 3 months we are having to scramble to find a rental car elsewhere because they don't have any cars for us on the day of travel even though we had made reservations weeks in advance. Extremely unreliable! We will be canceling our corporate account with Enterprise and go somewhere else.
