Ten out of ten! We will visit again. Friendly and accommodating staff who created such a warm, inviting environment. Bar was fun! Pool was clean and comfortable. Rooms are well priced. 5 stars is not enough!

Rooms were clean and prices are ok... Busy area, hotel is tucked away, a little hidden. Lobby super nice. Pool is nice, water is way too cool! Beds are comfy. TV is big and channel choices are good, would prefer a smart TV. 👍 Most confusion about breakfast - our rate included breakfast but they charged us 2nd day, not the first. Front desk said "I don't know" if breakfast was included, said to ask in dining area. Dining staff didn't know either. Apparently separate businesses! C'mon man... Big rip off, very disappointing 👎

Positive: I expect quality from Hilton this hotel gabe me that. It was well maintained and clean inside and out. Negative: Nothing major but I do not like Hilton pillows on the bed but for all I do like and require this is a small inconvenience I am willing to deal with.

Overall, great hotel. You get the Hilton basics and the availability for breakfast, dinner, drinks was nice. The hotel room itself was super clean and comfy. However, all the shared spaces seemed to be showing their age. The elevator button on floor 2 didn’t work right. We would have to press the up button to call the elevator to our floor, bc the down wasn’t working. Great location near the science center!
