We went in to get an adapter for our tv and they didn't have it so we went to Wal-Mart to get it and we needed 2 different pieces for it and Wal-Mart had one part and it was $25. We went back to game stop and they ordered both pieces for $25. Really nice employees.

I went to return my game fir my cash back and it was only a few days old and I messed up and didn't have my receipt but the store manager acted like he didn't remember me, and told me I bought it at wamart. I also tried to sell my wii and he said it has to have an hdmi cord which us gamers know certain consoles don't always have to have an hdmi cord that store used go be cool now I use Amazon for all my shopping games. Never again will I spend a penny at tifton game stop yall need to fire Jacob he's seriously hateful and rude to people and knows nothing about Games

Idk about the PS but the controllers, the last time I checked, can be traded in. Working or not. I believe controllers that are in good condition can be traded for $14 but broken I believe may just be $10. Just be sure the controllers are in one piece.
