This hotel is pretty beat up. Just a lot of little problems with the way it looks and the level of quality everywhere. Bad paint in areas, damaged walls, doors that don't work like they're supposed to. The staff is nice enough but the place is just coming apart. The elevators hardly work and the entrance in from the rear parking lot doesn't lock at all. When you walk in through the back the first thing you are greeted with is a poor ceiling repair job that was never finished. A sprinkler head was hanging down out of the ceiling by the bar and the smoke detectors in the hallways look like they're from the 80's. It's not the Hilton. I understand that. But Holiday Inn would do well to put some money into this location given it's proximity to some nice locations like Top golf and Wahlburgers.

Sadly this location isn’t worth the cost. The staff seems nice but don’t really help you when any issues. The worse part of stay wasn’t the poor customer service at the front desk but the pool. It seemed so cool but it was dirty, and so full of chemicals it gave us rashes. If you Just need room this place will be okay (but look out for bugs, leaking toilets and hair in the bathtub. We found all during our two night stay).

We really enjoyed our 2 night stay here! All staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious, looked newly remodeled, and was very clean and up to date. We enjoyed the buffet breakfast both mornings in their on-site restaurant, and the indoor/outdoor pool is really neat! This hotel is within walking distance of several eateries including but not limited to The Camp (right next door...I highly recommend it!), Wahlburger's, Dave & Busters, & Top Golf. Its also within walking distance of the new amphitheater, The Orion, and also Trader Joes. We have already made reservations here again for an upcoming concert at the new ampitheater #noshoesnation.

Positive: Appearance and location. Close to many restaurants and entertainment, and the hotel restaurant was also nice. Negative: Lighting in the room (especially the desk area) was very low. If you¿re planning to work there, you will need to bring portable lighting.
