Roches bad and on top of it ruining my food the 1 lady at front desk was awesome when we checked in but a different old bag was at check out and she was very rude and bbb needs to be called or has been called . They should never come in without knocking and spray for roaches. Rooms where very nice though

Positive: The only redeeming quality about this hotel was the overnight staff. The rest of the experience was horrible. Negative: The room was filthy. The bathtub keys expelled a ton of dirt, mold, and debris. The carpets were so dirty I had to wash my feet 3 times. My partner and I were very disappointed with this hotel for the amount of money we spent.

Positive: Location was close to shoppings. Negative: First I was given a non-smoking room that smelled smoking. The same younger guy when I was checking out, told me he has to inspect the room before returning my $100 cash deposit. That was a first time ever happened, not a friendly staff.

Positive: good location Negative: Room smelled very strongly of smoke. They had us sign a paper saying we would not smoke in the room, but when we mentioned it already smelled of smoke, they did not apologize or seem to care. There was not any hot water either
