Appointment desk treatment is very bad, I closed the line to patients, I told her that my language is weak and that I am trying to make an appointment within two months and both calls I call close. My face without listening to what I say and she is angry and I have to answer quickly and explain to her that my language is a bit weak. And I’m sick and I was referred by Dr Stephanie. Two months ago I had severe abdominal and bowel pain. Please read this doctor Thank you (note that I understand that it is working hours and that I criticize the lack of fluency of the language, but this is not proper behavior with patients, Secretary)

Dr. Monck and team really are exceptional. I have been a patient for years when I first need her and the team for a Neurological leg issue. Had not had to return for 15 years. When I did return for a separate issue…..Dr M….and the office staff were in a new location but no less professional and caring as ever. She is an excellent diagnostician and extremely through. He kind and gentle and knowledgeable manner is greatly appreciated. She personally reached out to me with test results and answers all my questions. I would recommend Dr. Monck and the.
