My bf and I see Dr. Lesser: let me just simply put, my gums haven't looked and felt so healthy in close to or over 10 years and i only started seeing Dr Lesser about 2 months ago! The last dentist, i saw a couple of years ago, scared me by saying i needed to see a periodontist and consider gum reconstruction.... I was bad and held off until a tooth was bothering so much my bf and i NEEDED to see a dentist asap! Dr. Lesser saw us soon after and told us we needed root canals. I have only had a small cavity once in my life and i had no idea what a root canal really even was. He explained each step to me calmly and answered all of my questions! His staff is great too. My bf and i highly recommend! 👏🏽

This dentist & his staff have NO compassion what so ever..... they don’t care and boy does it show. I’m guessing this dentist doesn’t know too much about saving teeth because he wanted to pull out 7 good teeth and give me a denture. Also, he just about demanded that I have a tooth pulled when all it needed was a root canal. I had a broken front tooth and they made me an appt. a month and a half later? Not very compassionate nor is that good for business. Sorry to say but I would NEVER refer anyone to go to him.

Horrible experience, horrible professionalism, seems to just want to make $ and set up as many appts as possible. I had new insurance so just chose a random dentist on the list that was close by, what a mistake! Was told I needed to make two appointments for my two cavities and one fixed filling (didn't tell the front desk 2, told them 1, but I made sure to say 2) then after I ASKED just to be thourough while at first appt, on what he'd do at 2nd appt., it now switched to THREE appointments with no logical reasoning on why now three. I go in for my second appt to be told I'm no longer covered there? Apparently doctor told secretary this days before my Saturday 8:30am appt and no one cared to call me, even 8am that morning when they opened. Completely incapable professionally. Have no ability to handle a situation properly and professionally and Dr. certainly does not have the professionalism to try and come up with a solution with the patient if something is bothering the patient (in this case me wanting my original two appts as told instead of having to come back a 3rd time just to fix a filling) don't even waste your time with this business!
