We're from Montgomery AL so we weren't far from home but my son was graduating from his trade school and we wanted to spend some time w him before we left. The Hampton Inn was awesome, my ex husband and I both ended up getting rooms here, it was less than 2 miles from my son , the beds are crazy comfortable the hot complimentary breakfast had more choices than any I've ever seen before and the staff was very friendly.

The staff is really nice, accommodating if neededand and the breakfast was good. My family and I was able to bring our 2 dogs along with us so it's a pet friendly hotel. The only thing wrong is there was a little leak in the bathroom and a hole in wall. Our ac worked good and our room was clean.

Wonderful, helpful and friendly staff at the front desk. Susan very attentive and friendly at the breakfast buffet.Each of the women made our trip very special.we will definitely be back! They all deserve a raise.

I see from another review that other people have had a similar issue to what me and my fiancé experienced. We booked a room for the weekend of Valentine’s Day almost 2 weeks in advance. I booked it over the phone but saw online as well that the whirlpool room was available. The staff person on the phone confirmed it was available, booked it for us, and gave us a confirmation number. We were then called an hour before we were supposed to check in to be told there was some sort of “glitch” in the system, and it was not available. The only reason we booked the room was because of the whirlpool. We ended up having to cancel our stay and then find somewhere else last minute. If there aren’t whirlpool rooms, then the whole staff needs to be made aware of that and stop telling guests that there are. And if they booked someone instead of us who was more important or some such thing, that’s really poor customer service considering how far we called in advance for the room. Very unimpressed. They completely messed up our plans for the weekend.
