Amazing amazing amazing!!! I had never been in an accident before, this was a hit and run situation. I had no idea where to star. the police were telling me to contact my insurance right away, insurance was asking why I hadn’t filed a police report. Just so confusing. Once I got into contact with the folks at Today’s Collision the process became so much smoother because they actually took the time to explain things to me and what the next steps were for them as well as what to expect from my insurance company. Anything I was unsure about they were more than happy to explain. I very much appreciate it! Most importantly, they never treated me like I was stupid or like I should know what to do. They guided me more than anything and were super friendly and helpful!

I was in my first accident and I didn’t know who to turn to to bring my car. A family friend who is a mechanic (not someone who works at Today’s) recommended today’s in Chelsea. John, Audrey and the rest of the staff were amazing. My car needed to be repainted, a new fender, and the wheel buffed out. The car looked better than when I bought it. They even did some touch up work on some parts of the vehicle that weren’t even in the accident and they did a complimentary interior detail. Super friendly, professional and excellent service. Not to mention the quality of work they do is top level - a place that produces luxury results.
