All animals that are available for adoption can be viewed on our website www.raccoonriverpetrescue.com We post kittens as soon as they are old enough to have their vaccinations and can be altered, which is around 3 months of age. Recently we have had a few kittens who had Siamese markings. We also post many pictures of our cats and dogs on our Facebook page.
It is not open yet, the building is still under construction
Thank you for asking about volunteerism. We will have lots of volunteer opportunities at the new shelter as soon as we are open. We are having our first public event this Sunday at the Shelter and we will be taking names and collecting information so we can match volunteer positions to peoples' interests.
