Covered in snow but being winter one would expect that in Iowa January's.

I have never actually gone into the skate park. When my dogs get to ride along for the day we like to walk around the entire park area. Not just the skate park. It looks like a really nice skate park. Always someone there. Give it a whirl,or thump or two depending on your skill levels

If they are playing softball the light shines over a little. But no lights for just the skatepark
