It was one of my favorite shopping experiences. This time I would give zero to staff that works there. I went there to sell some clothes at 4:14, they said they don't accept it after 4:00 pm. Next day I went at 3:55, this time the same staff found another excuse. Simply not trustworthy and my recommendation is do not waste your time trying to sell the clothes. The one is Syracuse is much better.

Wish I could rate it zero stars. Everything in the store is dirty and over priced not to mention the staff is lazy and incredibly rude. Stuck up brats

Great little store!! I've found many great deals for my 3 year old niece, and 1 year old nephew! I really enjoy this store! Nice gently used items, at great prices!! Friendly staff! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

This store is messy, dirty, cluttered, and everything in it is overpriced. You might just as well go buy new items. They will pay you very little for items you bring in, then they turn around and resell it for a huge mark up. The floor is filthy, it looks like they never wash it. They tell you it’s a 5 hour wait for them to look over your items and make an offer. And to further add to the inconvenience, they have installed locks on the restrooms so that you have to have your young children wait to go to the bathroom while you find someone to let you in to the restroom. Yeah, that’s a wonderful thing to do in a store with expecting moms and little kids. Thanks so much. I’ll spend my money someplace else.
