My husband is a Hilton diamond member and travels for work. This location is great. The hotel smells clean, and looks clean. The rooms are clean and well maintained. Hot breakfast is from 6-10 am. Breakfast area was well stocked, hot foot was hot, cold food was cold. Huntsville is spread out but this location is not more than 20 minutes from the space center, botanical gardens, and restaurants that we wanted to visit. It also uses less points 😊 If that's a sticking point for you

We live close by and our water heater broke on Monday. After a few days of waiting for it to get fixed I decided to stop in and ask about getting a room. The front desk attendant was very friendly. I told her our situation and she said I should go ahead and reserve 2 nights just in case our heater was not fixed yet. She said they were almost completely booked. I explained that we would not know when the plumber would get it fixed if he did today. She said that if it was fixed anytime today we would get a refund under extenuating circumstances for tonight's stay. I called around 3pm as soon as the plumber finished the job to let them know we did not need to stay another night. There was a different front desk attendant and she said we could not get a refund. She called the manager and I got the same answer. The room shower kept going from warm to cool and the AC unit made periodic banging noises all night like it was about to die also.

The staff was absolutely amazing! My husband and I had a wedding a few miles away at the Hampton Cove Wedding Venue. The entire staff at the hotel was truly exceptional. Thank you so much Mrs. Mandy, Ms. K, Mrs. Mink, and everybody else that played such an amazing part in our wedding weekend. We have stayed at a lot of different hotels being a military family and the Hampton inn and suites in Hampton cove is by far the most welcoming, warmest, and inviting hotel we have ever been to. Thank you for making our weekend so special!

Stayed here with my friend and our daughters over the weekend and had a great time! Each shift of staff was really nice and accommodating and answered any questions that we may have had. Breakfast was really good, the hotel was clean and not far from everything that we needed during our stay. We would definitely visit the hotel again when in Huntsville.
