I know the last time me and my fiancee went it was not what we expected now the old chili's was great

Horrible horrible horrible customer service. Staff and management were confused and 5ook at least an hour iust to fix our receipt. Never wvwen received the first round of deinks. Had sales with no chips delivered and cold pasta with shrimp

Service was not that great! Food and drinks were fine, but I did notice that the service crew seemed to be in a disarray. I just thought they were having a bad day.
