The lack of customer service is the first thing you’ll experience when you enter the office of Fairway View. A total disregard for there tenants maintenance concerns and grossly incompetent describes the management staff as Elmer Fudd heads up the maintenance department along with the Looney Tunes. Green pools and broken down exercise equipment is what to expect for amenities. Rats and roaches come standard in all apartments. I overlooked the reviews and I’m now paying for it. But Im here to warn you don’t do it PLEASE you will be SORRY!!! WAFB Scottie Hunter where you at ? Slumlords at its finest right here in Baton Rouge via Fairway View Apartments. Thanks

I've been here for 13 years I have no problem When I call they come other people must have problems because I've been in for 13 years like I said I'm OK with them and I'm a a****** so if I can do it everybody can do it and Nadia was the best person ever

Unfortunately, Fairway View does not accept any form of housing assistance.
Rent is due on the 1st of each month. On the 2nd it's a $75 late fee then you have until the 10th then the fee goes to $125
NOT having credit does not mean you will automatically be denied. We encourage everyone to complete the application process and screening for approval/denial decisions.
They said there's a dropbox but when we told them we didn't find one. They said we removed it. They are all liars
