Ok, we LOVE this place the locations, the pool, the lay out of our home but the best part about living here? THE MANAGEMENT. Bailey is an absolute pleasure and will assist you in anything and everything you need! Would honestly recommend this place solely on her, she’s wonderful!!!!!! But overall living wise amazing, you’re across from downtown BR and everything is a mile away!

Office refuses to accept packages. Forces you to buy a special parcel-pending box to pay on top of exorbitant rent. Had a package stolen that was left out. Now instead of packages being left out, unless you pay for parcel pending, they just reject the delivery and have your stuff returned to sender. As far as the general security of the premises: A friend of mines truck was broken into here just a few months ago. Was told by the office that the cameras weren't working at the time their truck was broken into. Overall, the apartments are modern and up to date, very clean, and new. They are close to LSU. Those are things that I do like about the apartments. Ultimately, I will be moving to an apartment complex slightly further from LSU that provides larger accommodations, better amenities, and that are also nice and up to date, for a more reasonable price.

Update: After all of the terrible things that occurred, my apartment began flooding with sewage water. This continued so much that the apartment was deemed unhabitable. Amanda Parfait who is the directing manager then offered to move me to a VRBO unit in the building for the month of April and allowed me to terminate my lease early while reimbursing me for my final month's rent--this reimbursement was supposed to be the first week of May. There were no problems for the final month until I was moving out. Amanda Parfait has refused to send me my refund check while stating that the system is down/the check is in the mail. It's currently 5/25/2022. Additionally, Mandy May who is the owner of the VRBO unit along with her housekeeping team have stolen items from me that were in the rental unit and refuse to return them to me. In an effort to work these things out amicably, I requested that she talk to her team to see if there was a miscommunication regarding my items. Mandy May told me that she and her team are not liable for any missing items. Consequently, I'm currently working with the authorities and my attorney in an effort to resolve this matter. Based on Amanda Parfait and Mandy May's actions, if you decided to rent here, you will be dealing with dishonest people.

Decent place to live, but know that they will hike your rent up by $200-300 once you move in. Appliances are cheap and will break down after a few months. And I imagine they will charge me up the butt for repairs once I move out. Sigh
