Worst apartment complex ever. From December 2020 until I moved out in March 2021 I didn’t have heat in the apartment. I still paid the rent on time and in full, and then when I asked to break the lease a few months early because I was buying a house, they were horrible about it and wouldn’t waive the lease break fee. I still didn’t have heat when I moved out. I wouldn’t recommend anyone stay at these outdated apartments.

Judging by the reviews, I don't think I'll be visiting this place. I'll find another place. Y'all were making a lady move that just had a baby to move out . All y'all had to do was go and look in her apartment.

I had to move out three months after I had my baby because they said I had a dog. They were trying to force me to pay the pet fee. They sent a picture of some woman with a dog saying it was me. The picture looked nothing like me and the lady was nowhere near my apartment. I was hospitalized before I even had my baby and no one else lived with me. I was already suffering and this was the worst experience of my life to have to ride around in August heat with my baby looking for another place to stay. I offered for them to come and check the apartment and everything and they would not come. I call corporate and they would not do anything and now I’m fighting to get this off my credit. Don’t Move Here the apartments ain’t all that and the water smelled like eggs the first few days. Wasp kept ending up in my babies room and I couldn’t find out from where.

Low income I believe it's quite place tho. Gated and no problems there.

They start at about $800 a month with all utilities included It depends on which floor plan you choose and your move-in date... the only thing you have to pay for outside of your rent would be renters insurance which for me is about $20 a month and wifi if you chose to get it...
The 3 BR's range from $1100-$1475 I think but I'm not sure what the deposit would be although they have specials that would prob lower the deposit amount
