The people running this apartment are crooks. Be ready to pay 150 dollars each month. Also forget about any kind of maintenance ever happening. This is by far the worst apartment I have ever lived in.

My experience here was amazing especially when you have management that know what they’re doing. This is one of the main reasons why I chose the retreat over other apartments. Prior to moving in, Holly addressed any questions or concerns I had. She always went out of her way when my roommate and I had a problem and addressed it immediately. As a result of this 2 of my friends moved into the retreat this month and I’d recommend anyone to move here!

I love it here other then the fact if you don’t want your Amazon packages stolen you gotta pay 20$ for a safe place to store them. Because they won’t come to Your door!

So I just moved in this month. Everything so far is pretty nice. Office people were nice and helpful. The apartment for the most part was clean. But it smelled like cigarettes and the carpet looked clean at first glance but was very dirty to walk on (my feat get black after a few minutes of walking around). I've been able to get rid of the smoke smell for the most part, just the carpet so far is a harder challenge. I wish they could've cleaned the carpet before I moved in...

Questions & Answers

Hey, I see that these apartments are open to college students. I am a college student but are my kids allowed to stay there with me? They are 14 and 11 years old.
